An expressive, vibrant, & unique NFT collection from British artist Sam Drew.
Fumies are a spirited community of misfits who, with no physical form of their own, must seek novel and ambient ways to present themselves. They take inspiration from cultures throughout history who have used colours and objects to express themselves, particularly ceremonial masks.
Though their spirit is their fume, their character is found in the assembled attributes and items which define their physical form.
From the mask they choose, to the objects they hold, hats they wear, and bodies they live in; every Fumie paints a self-portrait with the interdimensional junk they proudly wear.
And each element tells us something unique and special about that individual.
